The "Old Boys Association of Maris Stella College" is the main Alumni Association of the College with a proud history of eighty years which was started in 1928. There are other smaller bodies such as Junior Branch, Colombo Branch, UK Branch, North America Branch and Australia Branch etc... which are affiliated to the main body plus a number of Batch Groups.
This organization operates with the close collaboration of the College administration for bringing together alumni and encouraging and coordinating their support for Maris Stella College. It serves as the focus for alumni relations and activities on behalf of the College. Its mission is to foster alumni interest and goodwill in College affairs by encouraging intellectual and emotional ties between members and their College.
The Association has a representation in few places around the world too, with a rapidly expanding alumni network of volunteer-run groups, as mentioned before with a present membership exceeding One Thousand Five Hundred members in the main body.
This network provides a convenient opportunity for you to continue to develop your relationship with College and College-people wherever you are in the world!

The Annual thanks giving mass 2011
The Annual thanks giving mass will be held on Saturday the 19th November 2011 at 6 pm at the College Chapel . Dinner & Fellowship will be held at the OBA center immediately after Mass.
The Dinner & Fellowship is open for All Maristonians & there families and is priced at Rs 1000/= per person .( Children U 5 Free Of charge )

Maris Fun Rally 2011
This year fun rally was organized as a separate event on 11th June with the participation of 60 Rally enthusiasts . The organizing committee lead by Mahesh Fernando with the able support of Disney Fernando, Eranda Wettasinghe, Dinuka Jayawardane, Ranjith Fernando and Denzil Perera paved the way for a successful completion of the rally. Participants competed in real Marist spirit covering a distance of 125Kms.

College Day 2011
College day 2011 was celebrated in a grand scale on 4th June .
The photograph of the committee of management was taken at 5.00 p.m. in front of college chapel followed by a holy mass read by Rev, Fr. Quintus Fernando starting at 6 p.m. at college chapel.
Falling in line with the presence of Maris Brothers in Sri Lanka for 100 years , a presentation on Marist congregation and their presence in Sri Lanka was conducted by Rev. Bro. Joseph Peiris at our OBA Center. The presentation was well conducted and educative.
OBA Centre
With the completion of our OBA center, almost all OBA events are conducted at the same venue. OBA center has become a popular venue for the batch get-togethers as well. OBA Center management committee headed by past President Ajith Weerasinghe is working on a plan to furnish and make it a full time operative venue.
