This global information technology (IT) services company specialized in software product engineering, software consulting and infrastructure management have an exciting vacancy in their offshore software development centerin Sri Lanka.

You willbe responsible for analysis, requirements gathering, design of technical specifications, coding, testing and support of new and existing database driven web applications and providing  architectural consulting expertise including developing strategic plans and recommendations for external clients as well as for internal decisions and gathering business requirements and creating systems design and development plans also overseeing project implementations.

		You will Design and Develop Microsoft .Net and SharePoint solutions based on
suitable design patterns and work closely with a Solutions Architect you will help analyze 
requirements, consult on and architect solutions, develop specifications, produce designs 
and manage your team’s technical deliveryand you will be providing expert technical 
consultancy and leadership and architecting small to medium sized solutions.

We are looking for a solid tech lead with 4-5 years experience dynamic, should posses a BSc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering or similar disciplineshould have hands on experience in setup and configuration of WSS 3.0/MOSS 2007 and in depth knowledge on customizing and branding sites through SharePoint Designer and SharePoint object model with experience in Sharepoint 2010, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server 2005 is a must and candidates should have expert knowledge of a broad scope of architecture, technology, tools, processes and procedures, as well as broader organization issues and technology implicationsexperience in client-facing consulting engagements, have very strong communication and documentation skills, and excel at leading a technical team.
